(A) It shall be the responsibility of the Police Department to enforce this subchapter.
(B) Enforcement will be accomplished as follows:
(1) Upon notice of violation of § 97.17, an initial letter advising of the violation will be sent to the offending party.
(2) The violator will be allowed a 30 day period, a notice of imposition of penalty shall be delivered to the responsible violator.
(C) The Clerk-Treasurer or designee shall collect all paid penalties through the Collection Bureau.
(D) The town shall initiate suit for collection in the DeKalb Superior Court, Small Claims Division for all penalties assessed yet unpaid.
