§ 73.22 SALE OR TRANSFER OF LICENSED BICYCLE.

Upon the sale or transfer of a licensed bicycle, the licensee shall remove the license plate and shall either surrender it to the Town Marshal, or upon a proper application therefor, have the license plate assigned to another bicycle owned by the licensee without an additional fee.
