§ 73.18 LICENSE PLATES.
   (A)   The Town Marshal, upon issuing a bicycle license, shall also issue a license plate bearing the license number assigned to the bicycle, the name of the town, and indicate no expiration date.
   (B)   The Town Marshal shall cause the license plate to be affixed firmly to the rear mud guard or frame of the bicycle for which issued so that it is plainly visible.
   (C)   No person shall remove the license plate from a bicycle during the period for which issued except upon a transfer of ownership or in the event the bicycle is dismantled and no longer operated upon any street in the town.
