(A) No person shall obstruct the free flow of any bicycle or pedestrian traffic upon said bikeway.
(B) The bikeway shall be for the exclusive use of bicycles and pedestrians.
(C) No person shall operate a motor vehicle upon said bikeway except at marked driveway crossings, in which case, the motor vehicles shall only be allowed on the bikeway to cross the bikeway in a perpendicular manner.
(D) No person shall stand or walk in the bikeway for the purpose of soliciting a ride.
(E) No person shall operate a bicycle upon the public highway where a bikeway has been erected and provided adjacent to said public highway, except for purposes of crossing at an intersection or for ingress or egress upon said bikeway.
(F) No vehicle or bicycle shall travel at a speed in excess of 20 miles per hour on the bikeway.
(G) All traffic using the bikeway shall yield the right-of-way to vehicular traffic at the intersections of county roads.
(H) All vehicular traffic or pedestrians or bicycles entering or crossing the bikeway at driveways or at any other place other than county roads shall yield the right-of-way to bicycles or pedestrians on the bikeway but not necessarily to any other unauthorized motor vehicles on the bikeway.
