§ 50.25 CONTROL OF PRIVATE CONTRACT OR MUNICIPAL COLLECTORS.
   The person or firm contracting to provide the service of collecting and disposing of garbage and rubbish shall give a good and sufficient bond to the town in the sum of $2,000 for satisfactory performance of duty or as otherwise required. The contractor shall procure and keep in force such liability insurance of not less than $50,000 public liability and $25,000 property damage as the Town Council may require. The contractor shall be directly responsible to the Town Council, whose duty it shall be to see that the collection and disposal of garbage and rubbish is carried out according to the agreement between the contractor and the town.
