§ 50.99 PENALTY.
   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter or rule or regulations to be hereafter promulgated and published under the power of this chapter, and any person refusing to cooperate with or comply with any provision of this chapter or any rule or regulation after the same have been promulgated and published, shall upon conviction be fined in any sum not exceeding $2,500, and each day continuance of such violation or failure of compliance shall be deemed to be a separate and distinct offense.
