§ 50.24 COLLECTION PRACTICES.
   (A)   Collection frequency. The town or its duly authorized agency shall collect all garbage and rubbish, once each week from residences, living or housing units, within the town.
   (B)   Limitation on materials collected. The designated collection agency shall not be required to collect and dispose of building materials nor shall they be required to collect or dispose of carcasses of dead animals or other material as required the labor of more than the normal truck complement or require special collection equipment such as a hoist, block, and tackle, and the like.
   (C)   Collection equipment. Equipment used for the collection of garbage shall have suitably constructed sanitary type, all steel enclosed packer type body with watertight beds, and equipment used for the collection of rubbish shall be sufficiently covered and so constructed that rubbish shall not be blown or scattered on the streets or area adjacent to said streets over which such hauling is done, and said equipment shall be property maintained and painted and shall be kept in a presentable and sanitary condition; provided, however, the final authority for deciding whether all of said equipment and the maintenance thereof is suitable is the Town Council.
