TRAFFIC CODE
2-10-3: MEETINGS:
   A.   All meetings of the commission shall be held in accordance with Iowa Code chapter 21.
   B.   Any five (5) members shall constitute a quorum, except when membership on the commission falls below nine (9), in which case a quorum shall be the majority of those serving.
   C.   All records of the commission shall be in compliance with the requirements of Iowa Code chapter 22. (Ord. 4064, 1-3-1995; amd. Ord. 4145, 1-8-1996; Ord. 5064, 8-1-2011)
