2-8-5: GRANTS, GIFTS AND DONATIONS:
All grants, gifts, donations or payments whatsoever which are received by the city for the benefit of the cultural and arts commission or by said commission, shall be disbursed as determined by the director of the cultural and arts commission. (Ord. 4341, 2-22-1999)
