11-1-9: AMENDMENTS:

For the purpose of providing public health, safety and general welfare, the city council may from time to time amend the provisions imposed by these subdivision regulations. Public hearings on all proposed amendments shall be held by the planning, programming and zoning commission and city council in the manner prescribed by law. (Ord. 2997, 11-20-1978)
