A. Appropriation Of Funds: The city council may annually appropriate a sum of money from the general fund for the payment of the expenses of such commission.
B. Expenditure Of Funds: The commission shall have full, complete and exclusive authority to expend for and on behalf of the city all sums of money so appropriated.
C. Grants, Gifts And Donations: All grants, gifts, donations or payments whatsoever which are received by the city for city plan and program purposes shall be placed in the planning, programming and zoning commission fund, to be used by said commission in the manner and for the purposes designated by this chapter.
D. Debt Contracting Powers: The commission shall have no power to contract debts beyond the amount of its income for the current year. (Ord. 4916, 6-23-2008)
