7-6-4: INTERFERE WITH TRAIN CARS:
Any person who, not being an employee of a railroad, shall interfere with any standing car or engine on a railroad, by setting or unsetting the brakes, or in any manner setting the car or engine in motion, without the consent of the person having charge or care of the car or locomotive shall be deemed guilty of an offense. The provisions of this section shall not apply to a peace officer in the performance of his duty. (Rev. Ord. 1111, Comp. 1941, p. C-3)
