A. City Streets: ORVs may be operated upon streets and alleys under the jurisdiction and within the corporate limits of the city of Waterloo for the purposes stated in this chapter. An ORV shall not be operated upon any city street that is a primary road extension or state highway. ORVs may cross such primary road extensions but cannot cross a state highway unless approved by the Iowa department of transportation.
B. Private Property: ORVs may only be operated on private property with the express consent of the owner. (Ord. 5124, 7-9-2012)
