6-4-3: GENERAL REGULATIONS:

No person shall operate an ORV within the city limits of the city of Waterloo, Iowa, in violation of the provisions of chapter 321I of the code of Iowa or rules enacted by the Iowa department of natural resources governing the registration, numbering, equipping or manner of operation; or the provisions of this chapter.
