3-7-1: SHORT TITLE:

This chapter shall be known and cited as the CITY OF WATERLOO CABLE FRANCHISE ORDINANCE. Within this document it shall also be referred to as "this franchise" or "the franchise". (Ord. 4154, 2-19-1996)
