AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2020 TRAFFIC CODE BY DELETING SUBSECTION (16) RACHAEL STREET TO SECTION 552, NO PARKING BETWEEN SIGNS, IN ITS ENTIRETY, AND INSERTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION (16) RACHAEL STREET TO SECTION 552, NO PARKING BETWEEN SIGNS, TO THE 2020 TRAFFIC CODE, AS FOLLOWS:

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AS FOLLOWS:

That Subsection (16) Rachael Street of Section 552, No Parking Between Signs, of the 2020 Traffic Code, is hereby amended as follows:

(16) Rachael Street   North side in the 300 and 400 blocks; and North side in the 400 and 500 blocks.
