The driver of a vehicle shall not drive within any sidewalk area except at a permanent or temporary driveway.
SEC. 411.   ANIMALS NOT TO BE DRIVEN ON PARKING.411.   ANIMALS NOT TO BE DRIVEN ON PARKING.
No person shall drive or ride an animal on that part of the street known as the parking, including the parking on the boulevards in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
SEC. 412.   CLOSED STREET.412.   CLOSED STREET.
It shall be unlawful to operate any vehicle over any street which has been closed to traffic by the proper authorities.
SEC. 413.   RIDING ON RUNNING BOARD PROHIBITED.413.   RIDING ON RUNNING BOARD PROHIBITED.
No person shall drive a motor vehicle on the streets of this City unless all passengers of said vehicle are inside said vehicle in the place intended for their accommodation. No person shall ride on the running board of a motor vehicle or in any motor vehicle except in those places intended for the accommodation of passengers.
SEC. 414.   OBSTRUCTION TO DRIVER'S VIEW.414.   OBSTRUCTION TO DRIVER'S VIEW.
No person shall drive a vehicle when it is so loaded, or when there are in the front seat such number of persons, exceeding three, as to obstruct the view of the driver to the front or sides of the vehicle or as to interfere with the driver's control over the driving mechanism of the vehicle. SEC. 415.   EVADING ARREST.415.   EVADING ARREST.
It shall be unlawful for any person driving a motor vehicle or any person riding therein to turn off any or all lights of the vehicle for the purpose of evading arrest, or to take any other action with that vehicle which would serve to hinder or delay the driver's apprehension or arrest. ('91 Rev.)
SEC. 416.   LOUD SPEAKERS.416.   LOUD SPEAKERS.
No person shall park or operate any vehicle upon the streets which, by loud speakers or mechanical devices, is used to advertise events or the sale of goods, wares or merchandise without first obtaining written permission from the Mayor of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
