§ 157.35 ENFORCEMENT BY BUILDING OFFICIAL.
   The Building Official, acting by himself or through his inspectors, and assistants, shall enforce the terms of this chapter, but no oversight or dereliction of duty on the part of the Building Official or his subordinates shall legalize any action in conformity therewith.
