§ 157.07 UNSAFE SIGNS.
   Should any sign, marquee or advertising device become insecure or otherwise unsafe in the opinion of the Building Official, the person maintaining the same and the owner of the property where the sign is located, shall upon the receipt of a written notice or order from the Building Official immediately take such action as may be required by the Building Official for the correction of any such condition.
