§ 153.39 APPEALS.
   Any person aggrieved by the decision of the Board or any person owning land which abuts or is within a radius of 500 feet of the land in question may appeal, within 20 days after the decision to the Superior Court for the Judicial District of Waterbury, as provided in Conn. Gen. Stat. § 8-8.
