(A) All subdivision proposals shall be consistent with the need to minimize flood damage.
(B) All subdivision proposals shall have public utilities and facilities such as gas, sewer, electrical and water systems located and constructed in compliance with § 153.20(I).
(C) All subdivision proposals shall have adequate drainage provided to reduce exposure to flood damage.
(D) Base flood elevation data shall be provided for all subdivision proposals of 50 lots or five acres whichever is less whether or not the data is available from the Federal Emergency Management Agency. The required detail and accuracy of base flood elevation data developed by the discretion of the Building Official who shall take into consideration the size and complexity of the development and amount of land subject to flooding.
