§ 153.04 COMPLIANCE REQUIRED.

Within the area of special flood hazard, no structure shall be located, constructed, reconstructed, extended, enlarged, moved or structurally altered, no land use shall be established, and no land shall be filled, graded or excavated without full compliance with the terms of this chapter and other applicable regulations.
