§ 151.14 INSPECTIONS.
   (A)   Whenever any electric wiring or installation or portion thereof is ready for inspection a request for the inspection shall be made to the Electrical Inspector, giving him the number of the electrical permit and any other information necessary to identify the work being performed.
   (B)   Every request for an inspection shall be made by the person to whom the permit was issued.
   (C)   Every notice for inspection shall be filed not less than one day and not more than three days before (Sundays and holidays excepted) the day on which any such inspection is desired.
   (D)   Where the Electrical Inspector finds the installation to be in conformity with the provisions of this chapter, he shall issue to the person making the installation a certificate of approval, with duplicate copy for delivery to the owner, authorizing the use of the installation and connection to the supply of electricity.
   (E)   When a certificate of approval is issued authorizing the connection and use of a temporary installation, the certificate shall be issued at a time to be stated therein and shall be revocable by the Electrical Inspector for cause.
