§ 150.16 HEATING PERMIT FEES.
   The heating permit fees on new or replacement units shall be based on the total cost of the job, including electric heat, as set forth in the schedule of fees and charges attached to the annual budget of the city, pursuant to § 41.11 of the code.
   (A)   A heating permit shall not be required for the installation of any standing space heater, gas or oil, up to and including 50,000 BTUs output; provided that, there shall be no duct work extending from or to the above-specified space heater.
   (B)   Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, there shall be no fee charged in cases where the cost is less than $100.
