§ 150.04 SAFETY FEATURES REQUIRED; NEW MULTI-FAMILY DWELLINGS AND COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS.
   The following safety precautions are required to be initiated in all new multi-family dwellings, business buildings and commercial buildings more than one story in height with multi-occupancies on each floor:
   (A)   Built-in illuminated "Exit" signs with arrows indicating direction of egress in case of emergency; and
   (B)   An emergency lighting system to illuminate hallways and "Exit" signs in case of power failure.
