Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a fine as set forth in the schedule of fees, charges, penalties and rewards attached to the annual budget of the city, pursuant to § 41.11 of this code and/or shall be summoned or brought to community court pursuant to Conn. Gen. Stat. § 51-181c(d). The Superior Court judge assigned to the community court may impose a penalty of community service, a fine as set forth in the schedule of fees, charges, penalties and rewards attached to the annual budget of the city, pursuant to § 41.11 of this code, or other penalty permitted by law. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder.
