The Office of the Mayor, upon recommendation of the Litter Control and Beautification Commission, is authorized to offer and pay a reward, as set forth in the schedule of fees, charges, penalties and rewards attached to the annual budget of the city, pursuant to § 41.11 of this code to any person who gives information that leads to the citation of anyone who violates § 131.30.
