(A) Fine. In accordance with the provisions of the state general statutes, any person violating any provision of § 131.30 shall be fined as set forth in the schedule of fees, charges, penalties and rewards attached to the annual budget of the city, pursuant to § 41.11 of this code, for each day that a violation continues.
(B) Issuance of citations. Any police officer or other person authorized by the Mayor may issue a citation to any person who commits violation of § 131.30.
