§ 31.160 HOUSING AND NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT BOARD.
   In accordance with the provisions of the § 6D-1 of the Charter of the city, there shall be a Housing and Neighborhood Development Board, referred to hereafter as the "Housing Board".
