(A) Every pawnbroker within the city shall submit a sworn statement to the chief of Police setting forth a description of every article or thing received by him in pawn, pledge, trade, purchase or consignment, and the name and description of the person from whom goods were received, on the first business day immediately following each Sunday.
(B) Reports shall be made every week of each year before the hour of noon.
