§ 121.04 INSPECTION OF RECORD AND PAWNED PROPERTY.
   Every pawnbroker shall, during the ordinary hours of business, when requested by the chief of Police or any police officer of the Police Department, submit and exhibit to for inspection the records of property received and of persons depositing, pledging or selling the same, the place were the business is carried on and all articles of property therein.
