§ 121.01 REGISTRATION.
   Every person, corporation, limited liability company or partnership engaged in the business of a pawnbroker, as defined in Conn. Gen. Stat. §§ 21-39 et seq., within the city is required to register with the Chief of Police and provide the following information:
   (A)   Name of the business, trade name or sole proprietorship;
   (B)   Name and business address(es) of the individual, corporation, limited liability company or partnership responsible for the operation of the business;
   (C)   Location and hours of operation of the business;
   (D)   Residence address of the person responsible for operation of the business;
   (E)   Names of each employee engaged in the business;
   (F)   The official mailing address of the business; and
   (G)   The website and/or e-mail address if the business (if applicable).
