§ 116.08 REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION.

The licensing authority may, at any time, revoke or suspend any license granted hereunder if any licensee shall, in violation of this chapter, offer any merchandise for sale in addition to that listed in the inventory attached to his application or shall otherwise violate any of the provisions of this chapter and shall, in addition, be punished as provided in § 10.99.
