§ 98.30 BOARD OF PARK COMMISSIONERS TO HAVE CARE OF TREES.
   The Board of Park Commissioners shall have the general care of the trees in the streets, sidewalks and public squares in the city, and shall provide for the trimming and protection of the trees and, when necessary, shall provide for or authorize the removal of the same.
