§ 98.15 REMOVAL OF DIRT, STONES AND THE LIKE.

No person shall dig up or remove any dirt, stones, rock or other thing whatsoever, make any excavation, quarry any stone or lay or set off any blast, or cause or assist in doing any of such things, within any of the parks, without the special order or license of the Board of Park Commissioners.
