§ 98.12 FIREARMS; THROWING STONES; BALL PLAYING.
   (A)   No person shall carry or have any firearms in any of the parks, and no firearms shall be discharged from, or into any of the same.
   (B)   No stone or other missile shall be thrown or rolled from, into, within or upon any of such parks, except in such place as the Board of Park Commissioners may designate as a ball field, in playing games in which a ball is used.
