§ 98.10 VEHICLE REGULATIONS.
   (A)   No person shall ride or drive any vehicle in any park except upon the roads, paths or trails provided therefor or at times and in areas which have been designated for such purpose by the Board. No vehicle shall be driven at a rate of speed greater than 15 mph upon any roads, paths or trails provided for such travel in any park. No one shall operate any vehicle upon the turf, lawns, sidewalks or footpaths except in such places and at such times as may be designated by the Board.

   (B)   No person shall ride or drive on any road within any of the parks at a faster speed than 15 mph and this shall apply to the use of cycles.

   (C)   No person shall ride or drive upon the grass, lawns or foot-paths of any of the parks.

   (D)   No person shall wash or repair his vehicle in any park without authority of the Board of Park Commissioners; provided, however, that, this section shall not apply to emergency repairs.

   (E)   No cart, wagon, dray, truck or other vehicle, carrying lumber, stone, brick or any other goods, merchandise or articles of freight, or which is commonly used for the carriage thereof, shall, except in the service of the Board of Park Commissioners, enter any part of the parks.
