§ 98.06 ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR IN PARKS.
   (A)   No person shall drink or consume any alcoholic liquor in any park nor shall any person possess or bring into any park, with the intent to drink or consume, any alcoholic liquor or have in his possession any alcoholic liquor with the intent to drink or consume the alcoholic liquor within any park.
   (B)   This section shall not pertain to any person or activity which is authorized by a written permit issued by the Director in accordance with § 98.04, which permit shall exclude the person or activity from the provisions of this section, and which permit shall be carried upon the person of that individual or group representative claiming any exclusionary rights under this subchapter.
   (C)   Also, any person who purchases or receives any alcoholic liquor from a concession stand located within any park, which stand is permitted by the Board to sell or dispense alcoholic liquor within any park, shall be exempt from this section.
