(A) No person shall enter or remain in any park or in any section of any park between the hours of 10:30 p.m. and 5:00 a.m.
(B) (1) Those persons in attendance at an activity which is authorized by written permit issued by the Director in accordance with § 98.04, which permit shall be carried upon the person of the individual or group representative claiming a right to so remain in the parks, and which permit shall allow the activity to be conducted during the prohibited hours, shall be exempt from this section.
(2) The area known as the Downtown Green, located between West Main Street and North Main Street, shall be exempt from this section.
