§ 96.123 WATER RUNNING ACROSS SIDEWALK PROHIBITED.
   No person shall allow any water or other liquid to run from or out of any building or land occupied by him upon or across any sidewalk or curbstone and if any such substance is allowed to pass upon any street, it shall reach the same by a passage, to be kept at all times adequate and in repair by the person under or through such sidewalk or curbstone; and no such water or other liquid or ice therefrom shall be allowed to gather or remain upon the upper surface of the sidewalk, curb or in such passage; nor shall the person allow any accumulation of the water or liquid or the ice therefrom, upon any street or place, but shall, at all times, cause the same to be removed or pass along the gutter, or the passage to a sewer or other proper inlet.
