§ 96.108 INSPECTIONS.
   Every supermarket or grocery store owner, his agent, or person in charge of the supermarket or grocery store, shall permit and allow the Director of Health, and party or parties authorized by him, or by the Board of Health, at any and all times to freely and fully inspect such supermarket or grocery store to determine whether the requirements under this subchapter have been complied with. Each such inspection and its findings shall be recorded and signed by the inspector on forms approved by the Board of Health.
