§ 96.105 DEFINED.
   The words SUPERMARKET or GROCERY STORE as used in this subchapter shall include all businesses and entities, except restaurants as defined in § 96.075, which sell or distribute foodstuffs and beverages to the public on either a wholesale or retail basis or gratis.
