§ 96.075 DEFINED.
   The word RESTAURANT, as used in this subchapter, shall include all hotels which operate public eating places, delicatessen establishments, snack bars, luncheonettes, boarding houses that board more than four persons, catering establishments, bakeries and all other public eating establishments.
