§ 96.092 PERSONS WITH COMMUNICABLE DISEASE.
   (A)   No person who has a communicable disease shall work in any restaurant, and no owner, manager or person in charge of any restaurant shall require, permit or suffer such a person to be employed in the restaurant.

   (B)   No person living in a house in which there is a case of communicable disease shall be allowed to work in any restaurant without a written permit from the Director of Health.
