§ 96.089 TOWELS.
   All towels and cloths used by waiters, chefs and other employees shall be clean and sanitary. Towels and cloths used for wiping tables and counters shall not be used for drying or wiping plates, glasses or other utensils or be permitted to come in contact with any foodstuff.
