§ 96.082 STORAGE CONTAINERS.
   (A)   All sugar in restaurants shall be kept in covered containers.
(1967 Code, Appendix A, § 29)
   (B)   All eatables purchased in sealed tin cans or containers shall immediately be removed from the tin cans or containers after the tin cans or containers are opened and contents exposed to the air.

   (C)   In filling utensils with milk, none of the overflow shall be permitted to return to the container out of which the milk has been taken or removed.
