§ 96.061 PIPES FOR DRAWING BEVERAGES.
   In the sale, or keeping for sale, of any beverage or drink, no person shall keep, or use any tap, faucet, tank, fountain or vessel, or any pipe or conduit in connection therewith, which shall be composed or made, either wholly or in part, of brass, lead, copper or other metal or metallic substance that are or will be affected by liquids so that dangerous, unwholesome or deleterious compounds are formed therein, or thereby, or such that beer, soda water, syrups or other liquids, or any beverage, drink or flavoring material drawn therefrom shall be unwholesome, dangerous or detrimental to health.
