§ 96.020 REGISTRATION OF SLAUGHTERERS REQUIRED.
   The slaughtering of cattle, calves, sheep and swine, within the limits of the city for the purpose of sale, is hereby prohibited, except by such persons as shall first register their names and residences in a book kept for such purpose at the office of the Department of Public Health.
