(A) The Director of Public Health or his designated representative shall conduct annual inspections of all public pools and spas as required by and defined in §§ 19-13-B33b et seq. of the Public Health Code of the state.
(B) There shall be an annual permit fee as set forth in the schedule of fees and charges attached to the annual budget of the city, pursuant to § 41.11 of the code.
