(A) Upon request, the Director of Public Health or any person in his employ may inspect multi- family dwellings to assure conformity of the structure to the regulations of the Board of Health.
(B) The fee for this inspection shall be as set forth in the schedule of fees, charges, penalties and rewards attached to the annual budget of the city, pursuant to § 41.11 of this code.
(C) The fee shall be paid by the person or entity requesting the inspection.
